Support

The short version. Write to iosallapps@gmail.com. Tell me which iPhone you are on, which version of iOS, what you tapped and what happened instead. If the app itself is misbehaving, start the mail from Agrondo’s own Settings screen, so the recent error lines travel with it.

Where to write

One address takes everything. A bug, a boundary that will not close, a report with a number you do not recognise, a feature you want. There is no ticket form and no robot standing in front of it.

If yours is a how do I question, the help page walks through drawing a field, splitting it into parcels, logging a spray and reading the figures back out. Everything else comes here.

Replies come from a person, so give it a day or two. Write in English or Romanian if you can. Any of the other languages the app speaks is fine too, it just takes me longer to answer well.

What to put in the message

If I can make the fault happen on my own phone, it is most of the way to being fixed. If I cannot, we trade mail for a week while you are trying to get a field drilled. Six lines up front usually spare us both that.

If it involves one particular field or parcel, name it. If a figure in a report came out wrong, send me the number you expected next to the number you got. That pair points at the line of code faster than anything else you can write.

Let the app say what went wrong

When Agrondo crashes or freezes, iOS writes a report and hands it back to the app on the next launch. Agrondo keeps a short history of those on the device, along with the errors it caught and recovered from. The history sits in the app and goes nowhere on its own.

Open Settings inside the app and tap the support row. Agrondo starts a mail draft addressed to me, with the app version in the subject and those recent lines written into the body as plain text. Read it, cut whatever you would rather not send, then send it. If the app is closing on you without warning, this is the one to send. It usually says where it died.

Agrondo Pro

Agrondo Pro is the paid tier, the same name you will see on the upgrade screen inside the app. It lifts both of those numbers and turns on export, so a field report leaves the phone as a PDF and the records leave as a CSV. It is a subscription, billed weekly or monthly through your Apple Account. I do not print a price on this site. Apple shows it to you in your own currency, and that is the figure that gets charged.

Managing or cancelling one

Subscriptions are Apple’s to run. Payment happens inside the App Store. I never see your card, and I cannot start, stop or refund a subscription for you. You do it from your phone:

  1. Open the iOS Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find Agrondo in the list, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling stops the next charge. The period you have already paid for runs to its end. Your fields, journal entries and figures stay on the phone either way, because they were never anywhere else.

Refunds are Apple’s as well. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account that paid. If they turn you down and you think that is wrong, write to me. I will back you up where I can.

Where your records live

Fields, parcels, crops, sprays, harvests, costs, revenue and the photos you attach are stored on the device with Apple’s SwiftData. I hold no copy and cannot read them. Two things reach the internet. Identifying a plant sends that one photo. The weather forecast sends the coordinates of the map you are looking at.

The privacy policy lists both of those in full, line by line. The terms cover the licence, the subscription and the limits of what the app promises.

Before you delete the app or change phones. Agrondo does not sync to iCloud, so the records live on the one device that made them. Deleting the app deletes them with it. Check that your iPhone backup is current first. Agrondo Pro also exports a report as PDF and the records as CSV, which leaves you a copy that does not depend on the phone.

Feature requests

Same address, and I do read them. Tell me what you were trying to do at the moment you wished the feature existed, not only the feature. The first half is the useful half, because it sometimes points at a simpler fix than the feature itself.

If none of that helped

Then it is my turn to work. Write, describe it in your own words, and send whatever you have. A blurry photo of the screen taken with another phone is a perfectly good bug report.
